We charge a flat rate of £4.95 for standard UK delivery.

Free delivery to any UK store nationwide*

Austin Reed has a Collect in Store option for all UK stores nationwide. This is the perfect option for customers who are unable to accept deliveries during the working day. You can order online and select the nearest store to you.
The store will then call your contact telephone number to arrange a time that's suitable for you to come in and collect your delivery. More importantly, the delivery process is free of charge.

UK Delivery Times

Delivery is available Monday to Friday except Bank Holidays. Saturday delivery is not available. We regret that we are unable to offer a time for delivery.

Your order will usually be with you within 5 working days following the date your order is placed to most UK addresses, however please allow for up to 10 working days in periods of high demand. Delivery to more remote areas may take up to 2 more working days.

A working day is Monday to Friday except Bank Holidays.

International Delivery Times

In most cases your order will take no more than 10 working days, however during periods of high demand, or if you live in a remote area, this time may vary.

UK Returns & Exchanges

Free returns to any UK store nationwide*

Items can be returned free of charge via any of our freestanding stores within 28 days of the order being received by you. Simply take your dispatch and returns notes along with your items and your payment card. Store returns are not available in department store concessions. Refunds can only be processed on to the Credit/Debit card you used to place your order.

We are happy to exchange your items in store subject to store stock availability. Items can be exchanged at any of our freestanding stores.

Returns by post

To return items by post please complete the returns paperwork and take your order along to your nearest post office.
Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges by post.

International Returns by Post

Any unsuitable items should be returned to AUSTIN REED, International Online Returns, Station Road, Thirsk, North Yorkshire, Y07 1QH, UK.

We will refund your payment card within 2 working days of receiving the goods as long as your goods are returned, unused, in a saleable condition and unaltered, within 28 days of the date of purchase.

We do not offer the refund of postal costs incurred when you return items outside the UK unless the item is faulty or damaged. If the item is faulty or damaged, we will replace or refund it upon receipt.
