We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in it’s original condition within 28 days of dispatch. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. In the interests of hygiene, we do not offer refunds on jewellery, underwear or swimwear unless faulty.
Under our Refund Policy, you have 28 days to return a product^ to us, providing it is unused and in a saleable condition for a full refund. Where a product is faulty, damaged or mis-described, we will refund the original delivery charge, but not when a product is simply unwanted^^.
^Products we are unable to refund include jewellery and underwear.
^^This policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or mis-described goods, or your right to cancel orders under the Consumer Protection (distance selling) Regulations.
You may return all or part of your order to any Austin Reed freestanding UK (High Street) store. (Unfortunately we cannot deal with returns at our concessions stores). Please take the dispatch note with you where our Sales Assistants will happily refund or exchange your goods. Refunds/exchanges will only be accepted providing they are returned within 28 days of the dispatch date, that the item(s) are unused, in a re-saleable condition and have not been altered to your specifications.

The refund will be processed once your goods are received into our warehouse. Please note that it may take 2-3 working days for the refunds to show in your account. Each item returned is refunded separately and will show on your statement as a refund/credit from Austin Reed.co.uk. We will refund the payment card used when making your purchase.
Any unsuitable items should be returned to AUSTIN REED, International Online Returns, Station Road, Thirsk, North Yorkshire, Y07 1QH, UK.
We will refund your payment card within 2 working days of receiving the goods as long as your goods are returned, unused, in a saleable condition and unaltered, within 28 days of the date of purchase.
We do not offer the refund of postal costs incurred when you return items outside the UK unless the item is faulty or damaged. If the item is faulty or damaged, we will replace or refund it upon receipt.
Orders paid for via PayPal cannot be returned to an Austin Reed store and should be returned by freepost (UK only) for a refund to your PayPal account. We regret we are unable to offer a free returns service for orders delivered outside of the UK. Refunds will be credited to the payment card or PayPal account used to make the original purchase.
In the interests of hygiene and consumer safety, we are unable to accept returns where the fragrance packaging has been opened or damaged.
If you return a single item bought as part of a multi-buy discount offer (for example 'buy 3 for £80.00'), you will be refunded the full price of that item less the total discount given in that offer. If you return all items purchased with the multi-buy discount, you will be refunded with the full multi-buy value.
In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have 7 working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase. In this case, we will provide a full refund but you must return the cancelled items to us at your cost. If we do not receive back the cancelled items, we may arrange to collect them from you at your cost.
If we have made a mistake on an item sent to you or it is faulty or damaged, we will refund the delivery charges you have paid to receive the item. We will also refund the delivery charges if you are cancelling your purchase within the seven day cooling off period.
Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy and you will have the benefit of them too.
