In most cases your order will take no more than 10 working days. A working day is Monday to Friday, except Bank (public) Holidays. This may vary if you live in a remote area, or if you place an order during times of high demand.
Please send your goods back to us unused, in a good and saleable condition, and not altered in any way, within 28 days of the date you bought them.

We will refund your payment card within 2 working days of us receiving the goods.
Please note: We do not refund the postal costs incurred when you return items from outside the UK, unless the item is faulty or damaged. If the item is faulty or damaged, we will replace or refund the cost.
Orders paid for via PayPal cannot be returned to an Austin Reed store and should be returned by freepost (UK only) for a refund to your PayPal account. We regret we are unable to offer a free returns service for orders delivered outside of the UK. Refunds will be credited to the payment card or PayPal account used to make the original purchase.
All deliveries to destinations outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by the importing country at the time the delivery arrives in your country. All applicable duties, fees and any additional charges for customs clearance will be the responsibility of the customer.
Please note, before placing an order it is the customer's responsibility to check that any products ordered from austinreed.co.uk comply with state and federal government import regulations.
For all Austin Reed products delivered within the UK or EU, a VAT receipt can be provided on request. Prices displayed for the goods and services are inclusive of UK VAT and will be charged in local currency based on your delivery address. Please see above for local currencies and shipping costs for each country.
If your order has been delivered outside of the EU (including Channel Islands and Canary islands) the price will remain the same including UK VAT, we are unable to provide a VAT receipt.
