Delivery Times
UK delivery, including to stores, usually takes up to five working days. International delivery usually takes 10 working days.
You can return items by post, or at any High Street Austin Reed store in the UK. Items can also be exchanged in store, subject to stock availability.
Orders paid for via PayPal cannot be returned to an Austin Reed store and should be returned by freepost (UK only) for a refund to your PayPal account. We regret we are unable to offer a free returns service for orders delivered outside of the UK. Refunds will be credited to the payment card or PayPal account used to make the original purchase.
We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in it’s original condition within 28 days of receipt.
