Austin Reed Privilege Card Terms & Conditions


1. Rewards are allocated upon presentation of a valid Privilege Card at the time of purchase in any participating Austin Reed freestanding, outlet, concession store or online. Rewards can be earned with any method of payment on purchases of full price and sale items. Rewards are not awarded on the purchase of Gift Vouchers, or the cost of service charges (e.g. alterations) or purchases made with an Austin Reed Reward Voucher or on postage charges.
2. For every qualifying item purchased within an Austin Reed standalone, outlet, concession or online, Rewards will be awarded at the rate of 5% of each item’s value. Rewards will be rounded down to the nearest whole penny.
3. Rewards will be issued periodically throughout the year in the format of Reward Vouchers. A reward balance update will be included with the Reward Voucher. You may check your current Rewards Balance at any time by calling the customer services number shown on the reverse of your Austin Reed Privilege Card.
4. A Reward Voucher will only be issued if a minimum threshold of a £10 or Reward Voucher has been achieved. Reward Vouchers will be issued in whole pounds/euros only. Any Rewards not issued will roll-over to the next voucher issuance period.
5. Rewards may remain on your account for a maximum of 2 years before being removed.
6. Reward Vouchers may be redeemed as discount, up to the value shown on the face of the Reward Voucher on full price Austin Reed merchandise. The Austin Reed Privilege Card must be presented when redeeming Reward Vouchers. Vouchers are non-transferable. No change will be given if the value of the purchase is less than the value of the Reward Voucher. Reward Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or on reduced price merchandise. Reward vouchers cannot be redeemed online.
7. The expiry date of the Reward Voucher will be shown on the face of the Reward Voucher, and all vouchers must be redeemed by this date.
8. Goods returned that have qualified for Rewards can only be refunded if the Austin Reed Privilege Card is presented at the time of the refund and the Rewards surrendered. If an item purchased with a voucher is subsequently returned, we will only refund the actual amount paid. If an item is subsequently found to be faulty, a replacement voucher may be issued.
9. It is your responsibility to notify Austin Reed of any change of address. Austin Reed cannot be held responsible for Reward Vouchers once they have left its control and will not be held responsible for lost delayed or undeliverable mail.
10. Austin Reed cannot accept liability for lost, damaged or expired Reward Vouchers. Cash value of Reward Vouchers = 0.001p.
11. Austin Reed reserves the right to refuse redemption of Reward Vouchers at its sole discretion and may withdraw membership of the Scheme from a participant at any time. Austin Reed reserves the right to vary the content of the Scheme and its Terms and Conditions (including the rate of Rewards), or to withdraw the Scheme at any time, by giving notice in participating stores. In the event of withdrawal, any valid Reward Vouchers will be accepted for redemption against merchandise for a specific period. You will be deemed to have accepted these Terms or any changes to them if, after receiving a copy of these Terms or any notice of a change to them, you continue to use your Austin Reed Privilege Card or redeem Reward Vouchers.
12. An Austin Reed Credit Card and an Austin Reed Privilege Card may not be presented together in the same transaction. Details correct at time of print, May 2008.
